Departments
The Light Group is divided into four different departments. All of these departments encompass a certain aspect of our lives. Within these departments, associates will work on projects curated by the executive committee. Departments will work with each other.
Capital Management Department
We're on a mission to inspire

Members will be constructing financial projects based on the current market. The intention of the Capital Management (CM) department is to provide associates with experiences that will allow them to tailor and compliment their already existing skill sets.

The Capital Management department will provide our associates with incredible aptitude and insight into the finical world and Market. The Light Group has established relationships, with some of the best figureheads in this industry that will provide unique insight for associates.

The Capital Management department will do an array of research-based projects on current market trends, models, and figures. Along with a plethora of project initiatives. The Capital Management department will provide associates with career opportunities by connecting them to sponsors.
Environmental Sustainability Department
We're on a mission to inspire
a new generation of global talent.
The Environmental Sustainability (ES) Department will be working on issues that are the most pressing to the planet: the destruction of our environment. Rising sea levels, more extreme weather events, loss of biodiversity, and similar issues are becoming daily challenges. Our forests, oceans, air, habitats, and species are depleting in quality and quantity. But together we can overcome these challenges. The Environmental Sustainability Department will be working on real-life solutions to these catastrophic problems.

The Environmental Sustainability Department will gain experience by working with partnered agencies and organizations.

These projects will act as an intermediary for larger organizations, and associates will be able to attain an incredible experience by creating a greener earth.
Scientia Analytics (STEM Department)
We're on a mission to inspire

The Scientia Analytics (SA) department encompasses the STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and maths), and within this department, associates will conduct real-life research-based projects, with oversight from mentors in their respective fields.

The Scientia Analytics department will not only conduct research, but will provide hands-on experience in team projects including but, not limited to, projects directed towards emerging markets. The Light Group is geared towards innvoation and the Scientia Analytic deparment is constantly pushing the bounds of humanity.
Social Development Department
We're on a mission to inspire
a new generation of global talent.
The Social Development (SD) department is the biggest department in The Light Group, simply because of how large the community that this department encompasses. The Social Development department brings associates together, to collaborate on projects that will continue the growth of society in whatever medium that translates to.
The Social Development department is considered our most diverse department brining together a wide variety of industries that require interdisciplinary collaboration from our associates.

Our projects will include, but are not limited to sustainable urbanization, legal research, creative arts, and much more.
