The Light Group is extremely selective when choosing associates, so please answer these questions to best extent of your facilitates. 

Associate:

An associate of The Light Group is a community member who is actively involved with The Light Group projects. Every member of the Light Group is considered an associate. 

 

Mentor: 

A mentor of The Light Group is an individual that provides guidance and advice for associates of The Light Group. Mentors review project proposals, and assist associates in the completion of these projects.

    • Short Essay Question

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Qualified applicants will be interviewed via Zoom/Google Meeting.

  • The interviewee will be interviewed by 2 interviewers per round

  • Note: interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis

NOTIFICATION OF DECISION

  • It usually takes 1-2 weeks for a response 

    • Those selected for an interview will be notified.​

  • You will be notified of the status of your admission whether you are admitted or not â€‹

    • Those who pass the second interview will be sent an acceptance letter. ​

Position Applying For:

Associate: a member of The Light Group community that is actively engaged in projects within their respective department. 


Mentor: an individual that has more of an advisory role in the organization. Mentors overview project proposals and provide advice/ guidance for our associates
